FDIS store gets behind NPM

The team at the Fujifilm Digital Imaging Service (FDIS) store in Herons Cross, Stoke has embraced National Photography Month (NPM) and used the initiative to great effect in its latest window display.

The store has tied-in the Queen's Jubilee, National Photography Month and the latest FDIS promotion, Golden Moments to create an eye-catching patriotic display with one central theme 'Don't leave memories on your computer - Print Them!'

Peter Wigington, Marketing Manager for Fujifilm Photo Imaging Group made this comment: "It's so encouraging to see retailers use FDIS promotions in an imaginative way and we encourage all our FDIS stores to 'ride on the back' of the feelgood factor that the country will enjoy this summer. The Jubilee, the Olympics and National Photography Month offer great opportunities to reinforce the 'capture and keep' message."

NPM is the UK's first nationwide month long celebration of photography. The Photo Marketing Association and Photo Imaging Council are behind the programme that is designed to help the public understand and appreciate the importance of photography as a medium to 'capture and keep' their treasured memories and life's most important moments.
